More finalists medals for LHSC teams at the Crossfire Select Cup!

Our new U10 Select boys team were playing their first tournament ever and topped their pool bracket of 5 teams with 4 straight wins.  They were dominant, scoring 10 goals and recording 3 shutouts.  They led the final 1-0 and 2-1 but finally gave in to a breakaway at the end.  But making the silver final in their first ever tournament is a fantastic accomplishment!

The BU14s also made their final, going 2-1 in a tough pool bracket.  They went into the final against a tough Crossfire team playing on their home field.  Crossfire had dominated their pool play bracket but just barely squeezed past our BU14s 2-1 in the final.  Clearly our BU14s were their toughest competition and we showed we were just a hair outside of a championship.  Well done boys!
