Practice Fields: We are now accepting preferences and priorities from coaches for Fall practice fields and days. If you did not attend the Coaches meeting on July 8th to sign up please contact LHSC asap to reserve your field dates.

Uniforms: These are now available and on sale at Soccer West. Soccer West will ONLY be taking orders and payments at the store --- no phone orders will be accepted.

Lake Hills Window Stickers: New LHSC Stickers are available for sale at Soccer West. Pick one up when you purchase your new soccer gear or when you grab your new uniform. All proceeds from sales go to benefit the LHSC Diversity program and LHSC Scholarship program.

Congratulations: The LHSC Velocity Club Select BU-13 team won the championship for their age group in the Starfire Memorial Day Cup Tournament. The Velocity won all 5 games over the 3 day tournament and scored 24 goals while allowing only 5.

EYSA Sponsored E-License Coaches Clinic: Will be held at locations in Mercer Island and Lake Sammamish on Friday July 11th (evening) through Sunday, July 13th. More info coming soon or check the EYSA website.

Recreational Soccer Information

Registration for Micro, Mod and Recreational Soccer opened on April 1, 2008. Returning players from the MOD and REC programs are ONLY guaranteed placement on the same team if registered by June 1, 2008. Please verify the appropriate age group for your child before registering. If your child played up an age group last year and would like to continue to play up, you will need to register age group appropriate then make a special request.

Uniform/Shoes Exchange Program

In order to help out some of the participants in our club we are going to be collecting gently worn soccer cleats (all sizes), shin guards, and LHSC uniforms which no longer fit and then making them available for redistribution for this coming season. Coaches or parents wanting to donate can contact Michelle Harmon at michellemharmon@hotmail.com and she will make arrangements to either pick up the donations or to coordinate a drop off. Coaches who have players who could benefit from this program are encouraged to contact the LHSC registrar for more information. Also, if you'd like to get involved to help out with this program please feel free to contact Michelle directly. Thanks!
